| Chester is president of NAI MLG Management and is responsible for all of the property management services of the firm's portfolio. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing, engineering and operating commercial, retail and institutional buildings. |
| Chester attended the Illinois Institue of Technology majoring in engineering. He has an Associate's degree in heating and air conditioning. |
| Prior to joining NAI MLG Management, Chester was a vice president for MS Management Services, where he was responsible for a portfolio totaling over 13 million square feet of commercial and retail properties that were located across the U.S. in cities such as Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, San Diego and St. Louis. |
| Chester is a member of the Building Owners and Manager's Association (BOMA), the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Wisconsin and Illinois and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). |
