NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce that MPH Amusements, LLC dba Jump!Zone has entered into a long-term lease for space located at 6544 S. Lovers Lane Road (aka S. 108th Street and HWY 100) in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Jump!Zone is an ‘Indoor Party and Play Center’ for kids from 2-to-12 years old, featuring large inflatables, interactive games, toddler activities, obstacle courses, giant slides and more. The play centers provide parents with time to relax and socialize, while their children have fun. Jump!Zone provides a great entertainment facility at a fair price, without any hassles.

Although Jump!Zone specializes in parties, they also offer Open!Play time, where all children are welcome to use all four party rooms for one price. Jump!Zone is fully equipped to handle fundraiser or group events such as schools, daycare centers, sports teams, scouts and home schools. And for those worried about their children’s health and safety, all equipment is sanitized by Swisher Hygiene, eliminating up to 99.9% of germs.

Jump!Zone has locations throughout the United States, including California, Florida, Maryland and Texas. This will be the first Jump!Zone location in Wisconsin, when it opens in spring 2010.

Jump!Zone will occupy the newly-constructed Suite 210 in the Garden Plaza. The Suite will be comprised of ±14,000 SF of the ±40,000 SF of vacant space that was previously occupied by Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. The strip center was previously lacking a major anchor tenant. Jump!Zone hopes to fulfill that void and attract even more co-tenants to the remaining vacant space. Current tenants of the strip center include: Gus’ Mexican Cantina, Wolf Pool & Spas, Year Round Tanning, Aurora Pharmacy and Kumon Learning Center.
