MILWAUKEE (April 27, 2010) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce that Adam Connor and Brian Vanevenhoven of NAI MLG Commercial have recently brokered multiple leases in the Hales Corners Plaza located at 5301-5321 S. 108th Street in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. The following tenants have leased space:

Gemma Rae’s Home Style Cheesecake, LLC has leased 1,650 SF and will be located in Unit 5311. John McCardle represented Gemma Rae’s in the transaction.

Bethesda Thrift Shop has leased 15,176 SF and is currently operating in Units 5315/5317. Bruce Westling of NAI MLG Commercial represented Bethesda Thrift Shop in this transaction.

Great Clips has leased 1,246 SF and will be located in Unit 5301C.

Milwaukee T-Shirt Vendors, Inc. has leased 15,294 SF.

Dad Tobacco, LLC has leased 1,312 SF and will be located in Unit 5307.
