MILWAUKEE (April 30, 2010) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce that Chryspac, LLC has entered into a long-term lease for ±33,088 SF located at 130 W. Edgerton Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from BCL Edgerton, LLC.

Brett Garceau and Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial represented the landlord, BCL Edgerton, LLC, in the transaction. Bob Dufek of Dufek Realty was the procuring broker for the transaction.

Chryspac is currently located at 2107 S. 1st Street in Milwaukee, which is predominantly known as a heavy manufacturing area and is considered to be a large incubator space. Chryspac is moving to 130 W. Edgerton Avenue because it will provide them with an enhanced image and overall operating efficiencies, which are essential to help support continued growth.
