MILWAUKEE (May 25, 2010) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce that Nicole Hohnstein is a WCREW 2010 Leadership Award Winner for her marketing and networking efforts over the past year. NAI MLG Commercial and WCREW congratulate Nicole for her hard work, persistence and visibility in the greater Milwaukee community.

Nicole joined NAI MLG Commercial in 1996 as a licensed assistant for the real estate investment and development team. Nicole's prior experience in banking, real estate and construction helped in her progression toward her current position as broker associate. Nicole's work experience is wide and varied, beginning in consumer lending, disposition of bank owned real estate (REO), sales and marketing in new home construction and commercial banking.

Nicole’s area of expertise includes vacant land acquisition and disposition, sale and lease of commercial property, lease re-negotiation and buyer/tenant representation, proprietary analysis and pro-forma of income producing property, and consulting services for valuation of real estate assets.

Nicole is a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker, a CCIM candidate and attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

The Leadership Lunch will take place on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Italian Community Center, located at 631 E. Chicago Street in Milwaukee. This will be the WCREW’s ninth annual event for outstanding women in Wisconsin’s commercial real estate industry. The annual Leadership Lunch awards are presented to women that have demonstrated leadership in the industry through project development, community involvement, display of foresight and vision, commitment to mentoring and other accomplishments.

Past winners of the award have included women in several real estate related categories, including: financial services, professional services, construction and design and business and economic development.
