MILWAUKEE (June 18, 2010) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the following closed transactions:

·Wisconsin Management has sold a 17,000 SF 17-unit apartment building located at 805-809 Cherokee Path in Lake Mills, Wisconsin to Stark Investments. Mark A. Cassata, David N. Haug and Thomas L. Pogodzinski of NAI MLG Commercial represented Wisconsin Management in the transaction.

·Hilmot Corp. has leased 1,200 SF located at 2209 Badger Court in Waukesha, Wisconsin from Simple Investments, LLC. Brett J. Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

·Filterfresh, Inc. d/b/a Filterfresh Coffee Services has leased 1,800 SF located at W229 N590 Foster Court in Waukesha, Wisconsin from Public Storage. Adam Matson and Brett J. Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial represented Public Storage in the transaction.

·Trawicki Real Estate, LLC has sold 6,500 SF located at 1707 Paramount Court in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Ward, LLC. Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Ward, LLC in the transaction.

·Porta-Painting, Inc. has leased 4,200 SF located at 404 Wilmont Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin from N H Machining. Curt Pitzen, Adam Matson and Brett J. Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

·Q.T.I.P. Trust U/W of William W. Granger has sold 3,900 SF located at 1227 Washington Street in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to Douglas Richter. Curt Pitzen and Brett J. Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial represented Q.T.I.P. Trust U/W of William W. Granger in the transaction.
